Check your email for confirmation of party date availability and instructions on how to make your Camp F.L.Y party deposit. Once we've received your deposit you'll be sent over our party contract to sign.

Policies & FAQ’s
Due to Friday, Saturday nights and the school holidays being optimal for sleepovers, we often book up months in advance.
Book early to avoid disappointment!
All bedding is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each sleepover using sensitive laundry detergent and antibacterial cleanser.
We recommend a large space to host your party. A cleared-out den, living room, basement or large hotel suite is ideal.
The overall width of the tent with twin sized blowup mattress is approximately 4 feet wide per tent. The length of each mattress is 75” long. We generally set up the tents next to each other or opposite of each other, depending on the space. Please make sure you have an open area, a clutter free room, and a safe space for the kids to sleep. We do not move furniture so please make sure there is nothing in the room that will interfere with or delay your setup time. It is your responsibility to make sure there is enough space to accommodate the tents with an open and unobstructed walkway to allow your guests to get in and out of the tents safely. If you are not sure that you have enough space please feel free to email us a picture of the intended space and measure, measure, measure! :)
Our Bella Bell tent is 16.5 feet in diameter and peaks at about 9 ft high. The bell tent requires a 22-25 foot area to allow for staking into the grass.
