Policies & FAQ’s

Final headcount is confirmed a few days prior to the event. Please confirm guest list, once final headcount is confirmed there are no refunds on girls that do not attend the party and no additional children can be added.

***F.L.Y. Girls Mobile Beauty, LLC spa services are for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. We do not clip or cut nails, we may at times use a soft nail file.

***Please inform all invited guests that it is extremely helpful if they come to the party with clean, clipped nails and feet removed of all polish if polish hasn’t been removed there will be a fee, please read Polices & FAQ’s above.

What ages are appropriate?
We offer spa parties to girl’s ages 5­-16. At this time we do not offer spa parties to adults. We save the fun and pampering for girls only! 
Where can a party be setup?
Parties can be set up in your house, apartments, backyards, hotel rooms, community centers, Ymca's, etc. We just require warm running water to do our foot and hand soaks. Tables and chairs are provided by us but you can certainly use your own furniture if you'd like.
What do i need to do to prepare for a spa party?
Choose a date, time, and location for your party. Decide who you would like to invite. Pick your spa party package and sign the party waiver. We will need a large enough space to setup table(s) & chair(s). Please remove all pets from the party area prior to our arrival. We will need ample parking space and easy access in and out of your location of choice as we have many party supplies to carry. We will need a sink area in order to fill and refill our spa bowls.
How do I book a party?
You can book a spa party by filling out the form on the reservations page to book your party date. A 50% deposit is needed to secure your preferred date ( It is non-refundable) ; most major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. We offer you the convenience of paying the deposit on our site once your party date has been confirmed. We will email you to confirm that your date is or is not available. All deposits will count towards your final balance. The final balance is due a week prior to the party and can be paid directly from your invoice.
How much time is needed to setup and clean up?
We need approximately 30 minutes to setup and about 15 minutes to clean up.
What areas of connecticut do you serve?
We service all counties in Connecticut. There will be a travel fee for areas more than 40 miles away from zip codes 06450 and 06052. Travel fee starting at $40 and goes up depending on far we have to travel over 40 miles. We only travel in Connecticut. We may, however, travel slightly outside of Connecticut but we must be contacted well in advance to discuss before booking.
How far in advance do I need to book my party?
We require that you book your party at least 2­-3 weeks in advance. We may book parties on short notice if we have availability but there will be a fee of $100.
How long do the spa parties run?
We have found 2-­2 1⁄2 hours to be perfect for the girl’s parties. The additional service add on’s may increase the length of the party.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following policy applies: We will be unable to refund your deposit due to the nature of our business. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration. In the event of inclement weather, severe illness or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date.
What if a guest arrives late?
It is important for us to start on time and end on time. We can certainly accommodate guests that may arrive late. However, late guests will have to fit in where the party has progressed. The party must go on!!
What if I want to invite another guest last minute?
We are happy to accommodate your last minute guests. However, please note that once we've confirmed final headcount we can no longer make adjustments and add any additional guests on. 
What happens if someone doesn't show up at all?
Please note that once the final headcount has been confirmed, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no­ shows.
Should I tip the spa hostesses?
Our prices do not include gratuity. If you are pleased with our services, gratuity is greatly appreciated.
Nail polish removal?
*Nail polish must be removed from nails before all spa parties or there will be an additional charge of $3 per girl. Removing polish during parties really slows us down, especially glitter polish or dark colors.
What should I do to make sure I have enough space for the party?
If you choose to have your party at home please make sure space is large enough and cleared of furniture that may be in the way. Usually, living rooms or basements are the perfect space. If using a hotel we recommend getting a suite or a room large enough to accommodate the party guest, our staff, and supplies. You may want to contact your hotel of choice to view the room you want before paying your deposit.
